Oracle Fusion 26D: former opt-ins now standard
Oracle's Current Opt-In Expirations list names 23 features whose opt-in period ended with 26D. They are now standard: 9 are switched on automatically, and 14 need setup if you want to use them. By area: 19 across Financials, Projects, Procurement and Supply Chain, 2 in Permitting and Licensing, 2 in Sales.
HCM changes are not on this list: Oracle announces them as Redwood default switches. See HCM pages switching to Redwood.
Oracle's note: if you already opted in and finished the setup, nothing changes for you. "Now enabled" and "Impact to Existing Processes" (Oracle scale) are Oracle's own columns, and the groups below follow Oracle's own Pillar column.

Frequently asked questions
What does "former opt-in now standard" mean in 26D?
Oracle first delivered these features as opt-ins: you had to choose to switch them on. Oracle's Current Opt-In Expirations list names 26D as the update where that opt-in step is removed, so from 26D they are part of the standard product.
How many features stopped being opt-in with 26D?
23, according to Oracle's list. 9 are switched on for all users (Oracle's "Now enabled" column says Yes), and 14 need setup before anyone can use them.
Which modules do the 26D former opt-ins cover?
19 across Financials, Projects, Procurement and Supply Chain, 2 in Permitting and Licensing, 2 in Sales.
Do I need to do anything if I already opted in?
No. Oracle says that if you opted in earlier and completed the setup, no further action is needed.
What happens to the 14 features that need setup?
Nothing changes for your users until you do the setup. If you want to use one, follow the steps on its linked Oracle page.
Why are there no HCM features in the 26D list?
Oracle's opt-in expiration list doesn't cover HCM. Oracle announces HCM changes as pages switching to Redwood by default instead. See HCM pages switching to Redwood.
