Monthly DSN
French payroll can now produce the monthly DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative), the payroll report French employers must file every month. Setup is described in Oracle's France payroll technical brief (KB183664).

Statutory Neonatal Care Leave & Pay
UK payroll now supports Statutory Neonatal Care leave and pay (legislation from April 2025): a new Neonatal Care absence type, accrual of up to 12 weeks' leave, and statutory payments for employees who qualify on average weekly earnings.

Tax Groups
A new tax group level between the payroll statutory unit and its tax reporting units tracks state and federal limit taxes, so balances don't need transferring when an employee moves between TRUs that share wage and tax limits.

Display of Partial Day Absences on Worker's Calendar
The Redwood Calendar now displays the absence duration in the event title for partial day absences. For elapsed schedules and absences with days UOM, the duration is shown in parentheses after the absence type name.

New Unpaid Break Display Field
Redwood absence entry and calendar pages now show the unpaid break deducted from an absence. For example, a full 12-hour shift with a 30-minute unpaid break counts as 11.5 hours, and the break is shown.

Default Workday Definitions from Work Patterns
Absence Management and Time and Labor use workday definitions to derive the payment date for shifts that cross the day divide (usually midnight). You can now associate workday definitions with the worker’s work pattern instead of their primary assignment to better align their tasks with their user roles.

Event Processing for Front-loaded Accrual Plans
Front-loaded accrual plans post an accrual only in the first accrual period of the plan year. But now, you can associate HCM Events with a front-loaded accrual plan to automatically recalculate accruals whenever there’s an HR assignment change.
